Nouveau, a celebration of our first wine release of the 2025 vintage year, is a light-bodied semi-dry red made from Chambourcin, Norton, and Frontenac grapes. Nouveau is exuberantly fruity, but clean and fresh, with good fruit and acid balance, and notes of cherry, raspberry jam, and a hint of cinnamon.

Thanksgiving meal, grilled or roasted meats, stews, pastas, salads, and cheeses.
