Nouveau, a celebration of our first wine release of the 2024 vintage year, is a light-bodied semi-dry red made from Chambourcin, Norton, and Frontenac grapes. Nouveau is exuberantly fruity, but clean and fresh, with good fruit and acid balance.

Thanksgiving meal, grilled or roasted meats, stews, pastas, salads, and cheeses.
