Experience where the magic happens at our Winery location in Peru, Illinois! Step into our Winery Caves where your favorite August Hill & ISC wines are produced and stored. Enjoy a unique wine journey presented to a small group of up to 10 people (approximately 45 minutes long). The Cave Tasting Experience includes a wine tasting of six August Hill/ISC wines specially selected by our staff and a signature tasting glass for you to take home.

Join us in downtown Utica for Sip ‘n’ Snip 2024! August Hill Winery is co-sponsoring this event with No Animal Left Behind, an organization near Marseilles that provides low-cost spaying and neutering of cats and dogs throughout the area.
May 4, 11am – 4 pm, Mill Street, Utica
Mill Street in downtown Utica will be closed for this fun street party. Bring your dog and enjoy games, raffles, music, wine and lots of fun. Food will be available from local Utica businesses.
The winners of the pet photo contest are going to be announced and they will get to see their pet’s photo on a bottle of wine!
Proceeds from the event and the photo contest support the spay/neuter program of Safe House Animal Rescue League.
*Please note that dogs are not allowed inside many of the local businesses, but are welcome to hang out all along Mill Street.
