Join us for a special event pairing the culinary expertise of Starved Rock Lodge’s Chef Ian with locally-produced wines from August Hill Winery. Guests can expect bright and bold flavors in this 4-course meal that will stimulate their taste buds and get them ready for Spring. The idea of each course is to start light and bright with the first course, then throughout the next 3 courses, build the flavors of each dish slightly so that each course gets a little more exciting as they eat. Must be 21 years of age to attend.
