Host and Founder/Winemaker Mark Wenzel captures the elegance of Champagne while showcasing our local character. This seminar explores ISC’s sparkling trio, and then transitions into August Hill favorites that highlight the fun, approachable side of Illinois wine—all without ever leaving the Midwest. $10 per person.
