National Wine Day! It’s a day to appreciate and learn more about wine. After all, wine has been a part of human civilization for over 8,000 years. Here are some ideas on how to celebrate.
Wine Tasting at our Tasting Room in Utica – open 11 am – 7 pm
Enjoy a flight of 3 wines at our Tasting Room or purchase a few bottles and have a tasting with friends. Take notes on each of the wines – the color, the aromas, the taste. Pair it with chocolate truffles, a cheese flight, or the other delicious food items on our menu. Bonus: Live Music by Joey Figgiani from 3:30-6:30pm.
Wine Tasting at Wine on the Hill in Peru – open 12-5 pm
Sign up for a Cave Tasting Experience and enjoy a unique adventure in our Winery Caves. When you are done, listen to live music by Jeff Manfredini and enjoy your favorite wines while hanging out on our spacious hillside. Learn more about our Wine on the Hill location here. You are welcome to bring a picnic basket too (but no outside alcohol, please)!
