Join us in the winery caves for a truly unique sensory adventure — the harmonious pairing of specialty cheese, wine, and music!

Your “cheese J” (cheese-and-music DJ) will guide you through a series of deliciously curated pairings, matching artisan cheeses with August Hill & ISC wines and hand-selected concert videos for a full-sensory experience. Taste, listen, learn, and enjoy as every bite, sip, and song comes together in perfect harmony.
Show off your knowledge with trivia about cheese, August Hill Winery, and Illinois Sparkling Co., and music — winners take home fun prizes. Plus, all guests are automatically entered in our raffle for a chance to win the grand prize: a Cheese in Concert guitar presentation board with cheese and wine tools inside.
