Make a day of it in Utica! The workshop takes place during the Utica Garden Faire & Plant Sale, hosted by the Utica Garden Club, and  happening June 6–7 nearby at 208 S. Clark Street. Browse a wonderful selection of garden and craft vendors along with a huge plant sale featuring reasonably priced perennials, annuals, herbs, and vegetables from local garden club members.

Step inside our working winery caves—built into the hillside—where your favorite August Hill & ISC wines are crafted and aged. Enjoy a guided wine journey with a small group (up to 20 guests, approximately 45 minutes), featuring six hand-selected wines and a signature tasting glass to take home. Along the way, enjoy a featured pairing of our Augie’s Blackberry wine with a chocolate bite.
Tickets are $30 per person; $20 for Insider Wine Club members (limit 2 discounted tickets per day).

Reserve a Spot:
Cave Tastings are offered seasonally on Saturdays and Sundays at 12 pm*, 2 pm, and 4 pm. Space is limited, so we recommend reserving in advance. Click here to reserve your spot.

*Sparkling Cave Tasting, 12pm slot
The June 6, 12 pm time slot will be a special Sparkling Cave Tasting presented by Mark Wenzel (aka “Bubbly Wenzel”), featuring a deeper dive into our Illinois Sparkling Co. wines and the Traditional Method. Guests who reserve this time will automatically be booked for the Sparkling Cave Tasting. Additional dates may be announced throughout the season—stay tuned!

Make a day of it! Join us for Wine on the Hill before or after your tasting, depending on your time slot. Open 12–5 pm on Saturdays & Sundays, with live music from 1–4 pm. See our “Wine on the Hill” page for more information.
