DESCRIPTION:Join us for “Wine on the Hill” at our August Hill & ISC winery and vineyard. Enjoy the beautiful outdoor scenery of the Illinois Valley\, and your favorite August Hill & ISC wines\, while hanging out on our spacious hillside. Wine flights\, wine by the bottle\, and a snack picnic box will all be available. \nHOURS/LOCATION: You can enjoy wine on the hillside on Saturday from 12-5 pm. This event is at our 21 N 2551st Rd.\, Peru\, IL vineyard & winery location (not at our Tasting Room in Utica).  You can find directions to get to our Peru location and FAQs on our Wine on the Hill page. \nMUSIC: Joey Figgiani\, 1-4 pm (wide variety\, 50’s to 2000’s) \nRESERVATION TO RELAX: Want to enjoy Wine on the Hill\, with less work for you? Book your “Reservation to Relax” today\, and the August Hill team will prepare you a spot on the hill for your selected date. The reservation will be for the day (12-5 pm on Saturdays; 12-5 pm on Sundays). The space will include two adirondack chairs\, an umbrella for shade\, a 30 quart cooler with ice\, 2 bottled waters\, and a small variety of snacks. \nSIGN UP FOR A CAVE TASTING: We offer Cave Tastings hourly throughout the day. Sign up here!
