On Sunday\, August Hill will offer Reiki sessions\, beginning at noon. Sessions will be on a first come\, first serve basis\, and the cost is $15 for a 15-minute session. \nWhat is Wellness Weekend? It’s a unique whole body and mind wellness event organized by the Utica Business Association. Opportunities for different types of meditation\, sound meditation\, empowerment\, breath work as well as many different types of yoga- including Hatha\, Vinyasa\, Yin\, Awakening Yoga and more. This is an outdoor experience!
