Enjoy the beautiful outdoor scenery of the Illinois Valley\, and your favorite August Hill & ISC wines\, while hanging out on our spacious hillside. Wine flights\, wine by the bottle\, August Hill Chill by the glass\, and a snack picnic box will all be available. \nHOURS/LOCATION: You can enjoy wine on the hillside on Saturday from 12-6 pm. This event is at our Peru\, IL vineyard & winery location (not at our Tasting Room in Utica). See the directions to get to our Peru location and FAQs on our Wine on the Hill page. \nNEW!! RESERVATION TO RELAX: Want to enjoy Wine on the Hill\, with less work for you? Book your “Reservation to Relax” today\, and the August Hill team will prepare you a spot on the hill for your selected date. The reservation will be for the day (12-6 pm on Saturdays; 12-5 pm on Sundays). The space will include two adirondack chairs\, an umbrella for shade\, a 30-quart cooler with ice\, 2 bottled waters\, and a small variety of snacks. \nMUSIC: Music by Backseat Radio\, 1-4 pm \nSIGN UP FOR A CAVE TASTING: We offer Cave Tastings hourly throughout the day. Sign up here!
