Open That Bottle Night gives us the needed push to retrieve that bottle from its hiding place and enjoy it! The wine may be past its prime\, but OTBN is about the memories. \nHistory\nOpen That Bottle Night began in 1999 by Wall Street Journal wine columnists\, Dorothy Gaiter and John Brecher. It is celebrated on the last Saturday of February.
