DESCRIPTION:Experience where the magic happens at our Winery location in Peru\, Illinois! Step into our Winery Caves where your favorite August Hill & ISC wines are produced and stored. Enjoy a unique wine journey presented to a small group of up to 16 people (approximately 45 minutes long). The Cave Tasting Experience includes a wine tasting of six August Hill/ISC wines specially selected by our staff and a signature tasting glass for you to take home. Tickets are $30 per person; $20 for Insider Wine Club members (limit 2 discount tickets/day). \n\n\nReserve a Spot:\nThe Cave Tasting Experience is offered seasonally on Saturdays (12-6pm) and Sundays (12-5pm)\, and on occasional Fridays (May 13\, July 15\, Sept 9\, 3-7pm). DESCRIPTION:Join us for “Wine & Bites Under the Lights” at the Tasting Room on Saturday\, May 21! Enjoy 4 spectacular pairings while relaxing outdoors under the beautiful lights on Mill Street. Bonus: you can listen to the live band performing nearby during the event. We will begin serving the pairings at 7 pm\, but your reserved seat will be ready for you by 6:30 pm. Only $50/person ($45 for Wine Club members). If it is raining on the day of the event\, the pairings will be moved inside to enjoy in our Lounge. \nThe Pairings: You can enjoy 4 delicious bites specially paired with 4 wines.
