DESCRIPTION:Hey Champaign-Urbana! We are pouring ISC bubbly at this event! It’s a two day mini-wine fest with ISC bubbly available on both days; one of our staff members will be at the ISC bubbly tent on Saturday pouring Pét Nat Rosé! You can purchase an all weekend ticket for both days or choose a la carte using at this link -> https://analogwines.square.site/\n\nFRIDAY – KICKOFF BBQ (6pm till gone!)\nMomofuku style roast suckling pig\, assorted kimchi & saam\, and fresh oysters shucked in the parking lot ($40/person). Wine by the glass specials.\n\nSATURDAY – FRIED CHICKEN & BUBBLES (4pm-6pm)\nTaste the lineup at the Illinois Sparkling bubble tent. Pair with the famous Korean boneless fried chicken thighs! ($30/person)\n\nSATURDAY – NATTY WINETIME (5pm-7pm)\nCome indoors for a unlimited wine tasting of our favorite natural wines from around the world. Bowling ball pizza (Old Orchard) to snack on. ($30/person)\n\nSATURDAY – DESSERT PAIRING (7pm-8pm)\nLocally sourced sweets (Suzu’s Bakery\, Hopscotch\, Rick’s\, Prairie Fruit Farms) accompanied with wine. ($20/person)
