Enjoy a bottle of ISC bubbly or our Sparkling Wine Flight. Or make the day extra special and sign up for a Cave Tasting Experience in our winery caves\, where we age our ISC bubbly.  You don’t need to reserve a spot for Wine on the Hill\, but you do need a reservation for the Cave Tasting Experience.   \n#SparkTheFun at the Tasting Room\, July 1-7\nStop by our Tasting Room and cool off with a glass or flight of your favorite bubbly. You can try three of your favorites when you order our wine flight.
