DESCRIPTION:Join us in downtown Utica for Sip ‘n’ Snip 2024! August Hill Winery is  co-sponsoring this event with No Animal Left Behind\, an organization near Marseilles that provides low-cost spaying and neutering of cats and dogs throughout the area. \nMay 4\, 11am – 4 pm\, Mill Street\, Utica \n\nBring your Dog!\nMill Street in downtown Utica will be closed for this fun street party. Bring your dog and enjoy games\, raffles\, music\, wine and lots of fun. Food will be available from local Utica businesses.  \nPhoto Contest Winners Announced at 11:30am\nThe winners of the pet photo contest are going to be announced and they will get to see their pet’s photo on a bottle of wine! \n\n\nA Good Cause\nProceeds from the event and the photo contest support the spay/neuter program of Safe House Animal Rescue League. \n\n\n  \n*Please note that dogs are not allowed inside many of the local businesses\, but are welcome to hang out all along Mill Street.
